Have you wondered where the Eiffel in Eiffel Tower comes from?
Well, it turns out that the tower was named after Gustave Eiffel – the contractor.

Or did you know that milkshakes have been around for more than 120 years? The first reference to milkshakes appeared in a newspaper around about 1885.

For all this and more trivia, have a look at Aviva Trivia.
Its a pretty neat site, or should I say a blog? Has been around since May 2006, and has been steadily increasing the trivia count. While not as exaustive as funtrivia.com, I prefer the straight forward “here’s the trivia” approach to the quiz style used on other sites. The blog has a growing amount of interesting trivia to read while you are bored :-)
