Simple Disclaimer
Simple Disclaimer is a wordpress plugin that allows you to quickly add a disclaimer to your post. Needed this so that I could post disclaimers on posts that were related to PayPerPost opportunities.
Download the zip file, extract the contents and upload to your wordpress plugin directory and activate the “Simple Disclaimer” plugin.
The plugin by default has a standard disclaimer and a disclaimer for PayPerPost. You can add more by adding the disclaimer keyword and description to the array (defined in the php file)
To add a standard disclaimer put this line in your post: [ disclaimer ] s t d [ /disclaimer ]
To add a PayPerPost disclaimer add this line to your post [ disclaimer ] p p p [ /disclaimer ]
In both the cases, remove the spaces. I have added spaces so that ny installation does not interpret this as a disclaimer, you would need to remove the extra spaces.
Thanks to Broobles for his SimpleTags plugin. The code is almost entirely borrowed from SimpleTags plugin.

Hi Sajith,
Nice plugin. I installed and activate dit on wp v2.0.5, and ia lso used this [disclaimer]ppp[/disclaimer] in my single post template, but this doesn’t show the disclaimer on my site http://www.keepreadingus.com
Thanks for any help.
Cheers
Raj

Raj, Thanks for your comments.
Am sorry, but the plugin will not work if you include the text in the template. It looks at ‘the_content’ and checks that for occurence of [disclaimer]. If you want to use this plugin to put a disclaimer, use [disclaimer]ppp[/disclaimer] in the post for which the disclaimer applies and not in the template.
Let me know if it still does not work

Not sure about that Raj. I suspect it might be possible, but have not yet figured out how.

This feature should be cool for adult content blogs…
