Jharkhand Mukti Morcha legislator (MLA) Sukhram Oraon, who is a class nine dropout (dropped out of school in 1984), has appeared for the matriculation examinations along with his son. (Rediff Report)

I prepared for the examinations by reading the notes of (his son) Sunny, who is also appearing for the exams. He helped me a lot in my preparations before the exams.

It requires a lot of courage to do what Oraon is doing. I wish him the best, hope he does not stop with matriculation. Hope he motivates other un/under educated politicians to improve their educational qualifications.
